Carry Amasya’s famous apple grown from heirloom seed to our facility without crushing them, and sort out the rotten ones there. Then, we slice up the apples, put them into barrels, and ferment them with chickpea. We rest our apples in the barrels, which is the natural fermentation process surviving until today since the oldest times. We do not terminate this process earlier than 1 year. After that 1-year resting process, we bottle our vinegar after straining it over and over again.

We package our healing vinegar we have produced without using any additive and preservative as a live product without pasteurizing it.
